Not usually. Because we pick up, sort, transport, and deliver items to charity partners, we do charge for the labor and truck time. Pricing is typically similar to or slightly less than a regular junk removal job, and often much lower than a full cleanout because usable items are quick to handle.

What items qualify for donation?

Furniture in working condition, clean clothing, kitchenware, small working appliances, toys, books, linens, and electronics that still function. Items should be clean, free of major damage, and safe to use. Stained mattresses, broken furniture, and damaged items typically cannot be donated.

Which charities do you partner with?

We work with several DFW-area charities including Goodwill, Salvation Army, local family shelters, and faith-based thrift stores. The specific charity depends on what you are donating and which organization has the greatest need at the time of pickup.

Can I get a tax-deductible receipt?

What if some items are not accepted by the charity?

Charities have strict rules about condition and item type. Anything that is not accepted is responsibly recycled or disposed of by our crew. You do not have to sort through rejections or make a second trip.
